I see many ladies that are pregnant

Why do i see soo many of you ladies that are pregnant at 24 weeks with a very perfect round belly and thier belly button poped already im 23 weeks pregnant my belly is like sometimes around and sometimes down and my belly button is deep in i feel like its never going to come out im also a heavy weight women 181 lb. does that have to do something with it?
