crazy or not ??

Last time I had my period was feb 27th , I completely missed march , it is April 4th and I am now light bleeding it hasn't gotten heavier it's just really light but it doesn't feel like my period it's different having like mild cramping on the right side of my lower abdomen, my question is ??
