PCOS TTC naturally

I have PCOS and conceived after a miscarriage Through fertility treatment.  I just had a baby in January and want to start ttc naturally while EBF.  I had to go on estrogen and progesterone pills to conceive through an IUI since i rarely ovulate.  I wanted to try naturally a year before going back to a RE but would i be more likely to miscarry if I dont take estrogen and progesterone ?  Or would i jjst not get pregnant? I know EBF makes it more difficult and also having PCOS to conceive but I want to do whatever I can to  TTC naturally.  My miscarriage was conceived naturally within the first month of trying but was a blighted ovum.
