if you want to get labor started
Get a puppy! Omg all this running around with her and trying to potty train her started my labor process I'm 3cm and just had my "bloody show" so I don't think it will be long now. 
FYI I'm not sure if that's why it started but being with her just for one day made me start my contractions 7-9 minutes apart yesterday and they are still happening but they just haven't got any closer together.
