right side ovary pinching 11 dpo

Anyone have this before a BFP? The right side ovary pinching started yesterday. 11 dpo today. I had hot flashes yesterday too. At 9dpo I had what I think were just evap lines on an internet cheapie and a dollar general test. Tested again today and looks negative :/ Any hope?
