Well that stinks.  I should be 8 weeks based on my period.  Then the US shows a 7 week sack.  Maybe a 5 week baby. So the doctor said he's 80% positive I'm going to miscarry.   I still will have pregnancy symptoms Bc my body thinks it's pregnant. My husband and I were so excited Bc he's turning 40 in may and we were hoping to announce it then.  They are going to give it another 10 days and try the US next week again. I'm going out of town for a family wedding so I couldn't go though HCG testing.  If I don't miscarry by then, I need to decide pills or D&C.   This is my first pregnancy at 36.   So no idea what to do.  The US tech said I did have 2 uterine fibroids. This is just shocking to us and because I have no experience with this, I have no idea what to do.   Any input on the options If I have similar results next week would be good. D&C vs pills. I don't want to wait it out. We want to have 2 kids so time is not our friend.
