HELP! VVFL UPDATE!!!!

I have stage 4 endomitriosis, and iv had one misscairage before. AF is a day late, and i have the same symptoms I had when I was pergnant before... i got this VVFL in the afternoon. Could this possibly be a start to something... or is it an evap line? I showed it agents a unused test to show the difference, and its much more noticable in person. Im going to re test tomorrow morning as soon as I wake up... I just need a little input and advice, it would be my rainbow babe ❤
