Positive OPK twice in one month?

I had previously posted I had an early MC at 4 weeks 6 days and got a clearly positive opk (the line was clearly darker than control line) ten days after bleeding started and HCG was down to zero at that time. Now at CD 24 I got a clearly positive again? I know you're supposed to stop after first positive, but I just wanted to check since this is kind of a weird cycle. hpt has been negative just in case, any explanation? BD'ing anyways 🤗 thanks ladies!
