hormones and IUDs
So I've had the Mirena for 5 years and I just got it out and have to wait for my new one...this is my first actual period in 5 years and all of my friends are telling me it's the horomones and all but is it really? I'm so cranky and feeling so insecure and I'm overthinking everything. Is this normal? To have such bad intense mood swings?
