4 year old hairstyle choice

If your 4 year old daughter wanted part of her head shaved would you allow it? My daughter is very open with her hair, she wants bright colors in it, she's asked for a bob hair cut, now she's wanting her head partially shaved. My daughter has had turquoise & cotton candy pink organic semi permanent hair dye in her very blonde hair before & she got the bob cut she was asking for. I'm just not sure if I should allow this dramatic of a hairstyle to be on my 4 year old...... I don't think she's asking to have it shaved all the way around, I think she's asking for a side shave.  What do you all think? Should I let her express herself in this way, so young?
