When did you learn you were expecting twins? Went to an early scan at 5 weeks + 3 to eliminate an ectopic pregnancy scare due to cramping etc and low and behold, saw two gestational sacs and one confirmed yolk sac and got a glimpse of other but still to early to "confirm" we weren't able to detect heartbeat or anything that early but I will be going back for a viability scan at 7 weeks + 3 on April 17th! Anyone have a scan this early and everything work out?  The gs both measure right on at 5 weeks 3 days and haven't experienced any bleeding or unusual symptoms since. Thanks guys, I am def the nervous first time twin mom although I've had two singleton pregnancies thus far 😅
