I recently went for a vaginal ultrasound as to find out is I have any problems, as asked for my my gyno specialist, I am 45 and just got married for the second time, and we have been trying for a baby for 9 months. 24 years ago when trying to conceive I was put on clomid with first and second baby  as was diagnosed with pcos. The scan showed that right ovary was enlarged probably due to previous pcos, left ovary fine, she said my uterus was enlarged and she found a small sac, my last period was 26 January 2015 sho I would be 3/13 weeks but she could not say for definite I could be pregnant she said hopeful I would know in two weeks, one week has gone by and I've had 4 days of a very slight pink spoting and one day where it was red, my period was due today and I've still not come on . Any one else be for an ultra sound and have been told the same thing and have become pregnant. I've had a bloated stomach for over a week and a feeling of stabbing pain in my stomach for one evening. And being very gassy boobs hurt a bit. Answer appreciate.
