fire and ice condoms. TMI. WARNING.

Okay. So my boyfriend and I just had sex. We used the fire and ice condoms for the second time in a row. And then when we took the condom off it almost burnt him. And it is raw on one part.  Is this normal. And had this happened to anyone else? (We know for 100% fact that he and I both do not have any sexually transmitted diseases) ( we both have had recent check ups and they were 100% negative for anything) help. Please.
