what is the hardest thing you have ever been through and how did you get through it?

At this point in my life the hardest thing has been dealing with my decision to have an abortion 5 years ago and now dealing with infertility. My fertility specialist hasn't found anything wrong and wants me to have a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy

My mom dying unexpectedly, I got through it by faith, prayer and God.

For me it was losing my daughter at 21 weeks after struggling for 5 years. At the time there was no known reason for my water to just break like it did. I have since figured out what the problem was. I got through it by having my husband to lean on. Taking things day by day. Some were harder than others. It did take me several years to be ok with it though.

My miscarriage last yr May.. hardest thing I've ever had to go through. The pain really doesn't ever go away. You always think what ifs?? My baby would had be turning 3 on the next Saturday. Doesn't help that everyone around was pregnant or getting pregnant. I was really trying when I ended up pregnant I always had problems with my menstrual so when I came out pregnant I was shocked and than soooo happy and couldn't wait for the journey. I miscarried at 7w and 4 days. My hunny said it was the hard for him to see me go through that and never wants to see me in that much pain physically mentally and emotionally ever again.. I've been wanting to try since August but he's very hesitant. So that sucks too..

Having stillborn twins. The birth caused me to hemorhage and I almost died, too. I had to stay in the maternity ward for over a week while they gave me blood transfusions. I had no babies and I spent the entire time around babies. Then going home, arranging a funeral, finding out just how expensive funerals are, friends and family with a million questions and all the 'it wasn't meant to be' and other stupid comments... I never thought I'd survive, but I did.

Losing my little boy at 18 weeks and 6 days pregnant. This happened this February 14, 2017. I'll never get over it. I miss him so much. I think this will be the absolute hardest thing I will ever have to deal with.

Going threw it now, a week ago we where told my 8 yr old girl will need a heart transplamt she has been thru 11 surgeries in her short life 5 being cardiac. Her heart has stopped twice. The hardest thing I've ever been through was miscarying my first child and right after I was told the doctor tried to force me onto birth control. She was very insensitive (mind you I'm a grown ass woman) . So not only did the miscarriage hurt but the insensitivity of the hospital hurt. It also hurt that no one in my immediate family had ever miscarried. I was the first one so I felt really alone. No one really knew how to comfort me but they did try
