I've felt like my mother in law has hated me since I first met her. And she continues to prove my point... she expects everyone to bend over a kiss her butt 24/7. I'm not a butt kisser, I'm not a people pleaser, and I don't pretend to be someone I'm not, no matter who I'm around. At family gatherings she won't even speak to me (unless she's drunk), she invites my husbands ex to events and gatherings. A specific ex that has almost ruined our marriage on multiple occasions. I'm just tired of being treated like shit for no reason
