8w6d, no morning sickness today, should I be worried?

The morning (all day everyday) sickness went away late in the afternoon yesterday and it's about 930am the following day and I still don't feel sick. Should I be worried? 
1. Yesterday I only took my dinner prenatal, not breakfast and lunch.
2. Breast are still tender

No im 12 weeks and I haven't had any symptoms at all

Take it as a blessing! Mine was BAD lol. Id throw up everything for days/weeks then stop for a day or teo and think its done. Then BAM right back at it.

My nausea was really only bad for 3 weeks was so glad it went away was just left with being exhausted all the time.

I had the same thing happen to me. I was so worried I had a miscarriage! I went to the doctor like 3 days later and found out I'm having twins! Both are healthy. So definitely don't worry.
