ttc for 5 months

I need advice of how to get pregnant I've been trying for And 5/6 months. I've been having sex during my fertile Windows I have multiple <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period apps</a> to track my period nothing seems to be working any tips ?
