eating enough
Okay, so lately my eating habits have decreased🤦🏽♀️ I use to eat almost all day to eating 3-4 times a day to now eating twice a day....and I haven't been feeling hungry or anything. Also my weight has been 161 for the longest it hasn't went up nor down since the year started😐 and today the only thing I ate for breakfast was 2 ritz crackers and got full off of it and that was around 9 and now it's 2…so does anyone know what's wrong with me??
