I went to the hospital when I was about 4 weeks pregnant just to make sure everything was ok. They did a pap-smear, did all the 5-6 different blood tests, and all the nessecary things that they would do at a first appointment. I recently called my obgyn to schedule my 8 week Ultra Sound because I am now currently 6 weeks. An need to schedule it so I can reserve off work for that day. But my gyno called and said I need to get my intakes first... I just got them done not even two weeks ago..? If I bring the hospital paper work and records shouldn't I be ok...? An not have to do the intakes again since I already have..?
