1st spot

I'm 6 weeks and 1 days! Baby's heartbeat was 107! Could not see anything with abdominal ultrasound so they did the vaginal one. It's just a little maye right now but I feel in love! I have a cyst on my right ovary twice the size of my uterus. They're going  to monitor it closely and she hopes by 13 weeks it'll disappear. I can't exercise or lift anything too heavy 😢but we are so excited to see baby
