Poop Curiosity

Does anyone else's little darling pull poop out of their diapers? Our first incident was back in December, with occasional occurrences for a few months after that, but it's progressed to EVERY TIME she poops! If she's wearing a onesie with pants over top she can't get her hands in there, but we're getting into warmer weather and that fix won't be feasible much longer. Any insight or advice is appreciated. Or just to hear that I'm not the only one regularly scrubbing poop off various surfaces would be nice too 😂😂💩💩
