So I've had my piercing for going on 2 years now.  All of a sudden this pimple like bump starts to form near my hole.  It's infected right?  I know I'm not suppose to take the ring out but what should I do about it?  I normally just wash it with water and sensitive skin dove soap. Is there anything else I can do about it? 😭😭😭

That lump could be a keloid, which is just scar tissue, but if that's constantly being irritated by the piercing it'll keep getting bigger. The only way to get rid of a keloid is to inject steroids into it or remove it surgically. You can try switching to a bar instead of a hoop. And wash it with sea salt and water, nothing else. If it doesn't get better and the lump doesn't go away, you should remove it completely.

Use an antibacterial soap with Luke warm water.  DO NOT ROTATE THE RING, use a qtip and get off any crusties that way, wash off soap. And after that clean with a salt solution.

i had that happen to me too, use antibacterial soap. clean it twice a day and don't touch it with dirty fingers. it'll be fine.

Clean it twice a day using a saline solution that's been premade so from the chemist 
You really shouldn't have a ring in your belly piercing but a bar the rings can weigh down on it pulling the skin and cause an infection which I'd assume is how you go that infection
