red mark on face?? help!!

hello everyone it is 9:50 pm and I have just taken a shower with my normal routine and I have noticed this red mark on my face near my lower cheek on the right side of my face and I have no idea what it is. I thought it was an allergic reaction but now I'm not so sure. It's also warm. help!!
