Hi or Bye

Back story: I've been talking to this guy for a month. Two weeks into it we have sex. We keep getting to know each other and he's trying to hangout with me non-stop. But He works as a server at night, I work during the day. He texts me sometimes late at night (booty call status?) Finally we make a plan to hangout after he's off, he never texts me after he's off work till the next day. I ignore him for a couple days. Then he wants to make it up to me so we decide on another day, he blows me off again and asks to reschedule. I then ignore his texts for a couple days then finally I answer and tell him we're looking for different things it's not working out. Eventually he convinces me to let him take me out. We go out, I explain to him I'm not messing around with BS and we have a good time. We talk the next day then he doesn't answer my text for a week. We talk briefly and again he doesn't answer my text until this. Honestly it's so stupid and it's so it worth it. Right?
