15 and Pregnant!

so i'm 15 turning 16 in 4 months and i just found out that i'm pregnant. the father and i were dating for a month and about 3 weeks ago we broke up but we started having sex with eachother 2 weeks after we broke up. i haven't told anyone but i know for sure that i'm keeping the baby. how do i go about telling my dad and the father? if anyone has any advice for me that'd be great as i'm very scared.
