Subsequent Pregnancies Question

At 17 week doctor appointment my fundal height was at 20 weeks? Doctor didn't seem concerned. But 3 seems rather off? I have an 8 and a half month old and I am currently 19 weeks. But I am already almost as big as I was at 36 weeks with my first baby? Any insight?
