Psoriasis is a hereditary -and not contagious -skin condition. I have the type that shows up as dry patches on my elbows and fingers and they crack and bleed. I usually get them when I use certain hand soaps but also may get them after eating certain foods and/or when under a lot of stress. Anyone of you have it or know of someone who does? How do you (or the person) manage it? This time around it's really bothering me. I tried the ointment but I'd like some alternatives
