PCOS/OPK / SEX
OK so I have PCOS and I am on Metformin 500mg twice daily and tapering up... my ob told me to use opk after my first cycle on metformin so I had my cycle 2/15-2/20
1. Should I start opk now or when glow tells me to?
2. Do I even take an opk since this is only my first cycle since being diagnosed with PCOS ?
3. My husband works out of town A LOT and may only be home 2 days the week Ovulate do we BD both days or just the first ?
