Cystic acne relief during pregnancy?

I have had beautiful glowing skin since I've been pregnant, way better than before. Then all of the sudden this week I broke out with horrific cystic acne all over my face, including directly under my eye so it's made my entire face lumpy and huge. I've been decent at covering it up and contouring but it's been awful for DAYS. My go to has always been ibuprofen paste as a spot treatment but it didn't help much so I tried witch hazel pads to at least reduce swelling and now all these spots are open sores. They look like meth sores it's horrible. Anyone have any suggestions? I think I'm close to the end of this but I'm afraid it will come back again later.
