my last period I am 6 weeks and 4 days today) or I was starting to miscarry. She said it looked like I was about 5 weeks and 6 days (approx). When my doctor called me the next day she said that she could also see the gestational sac and yolk sac so I'm either earlier (since there wasn't a heartbeat yet) or I'm miscarrying again. 8 told her I ovulated a week later than usual this time. She also said they found a little blood in my uterus which could be why I spotted yesterday and was possibly implantation bleeding or the start of a miscarriage. She said we would meet in 10 days for my official prenatal appointment and see if the pregnancy progressed. She didn't seem overly concerned and didn't even say to get bloodwork done. 

Has anyone else had an early ultrasound where they may have been earlier than suspected and some minor bleeding and still had a healthy pregnancy?? I'm being cautiously optimistic and trying to take it as easy as possible. Any experiences would be appreciated!
