Overeating after Miscarriage
I had a miscarriage a week ago. I was only 6 weeks pregnant, and I've been able to stay positive (for the most part). However, I realize that I've started turning to food as my means of coping. I've always been an emotional eater, and I desperately want to stop this cycle! I want to lose weight before TTC again... Not gain! Has anyone else struggled with this or have any suggestions to get me back on a healthy path?
