spiro for pcos

Restarted spiro this month due to pcos symptoms after being off of it for about 3 months. The last two weeks my breasts have been incredibly sore, like beat with a bat sore. This morning my period came over 7 days early. I already have a short cycle and now this. Anyone else on spiro have breakthrough bleeding? Is this going to be a constant or just bc I restarted? I didn't have this problem before. So annoying.
