When to put on the nuva ring?!
i got the nuva ring from my doctor like 1 week ago , after my period ended.... He didn't tell me when to put it in😳😒 And the package thing doesn't say anything on when to put it in.... Anyone know when??? My period doesn't start til the 28th of this month. ... ?!!?
