Im 16 weeks and for the last 2 weeks or so i have had the worst neck pain! I didnt get it in my first trimester but i feel like as soon as i hit my second it started and its bad. I dont have a pregnancy pillow as of yet because im not sure if it will help. Question is, have any of you ladies experienced neck pain? And if anyone knows any thing that could help ease the pain it would be greatly appreciated!
