Can having one premie make the chances of having another higher?

My daughter was born 33 weeks and 4 days. I've also had one miscarriage (at 12 weeks). Does this make my chances higher for this baby (I'm 6 weeks) to be miscarried or born prematurely?

People are answering their own personal circumstances. But when it comes to this, it's not a general question. It's very highly individual, and needs to many things, many aspects of your health and reasons why you had a premmie last time, which need to be taken into account.
 
Some conditions are more able to be avoided or monitored than others. Please ask your medical professional.

Doctor said yes. My first was born at 35w so they kept a closer eye on us with my second but we went all the way to 37w. So baby did come early too but at least went to term

In my experience yes. My first was born at 36 weeks and my second was born at 34 weeks. With both pregnancies my water broke and I went into labor.

I agree with CC. Talk to your doctor and see what they say. Mention that you are concerned about preterm labour and see what they can do to calm that. If they dismiss you, see someone else.
I'd also be extra vigilant yourself. Anything that you are concerned about, go straight to the hospital. Even if it's nothing, it's best to safe. 
I had my son at 31 weeks and have been told by my OBGYN and the preterm birth specialist at my hospital that I'll be high risk next time BUT that's in my particular case.
