I'm not sure if it's possible, but I've been on birth control since I was 16. This month I had sex on my highest chance for pregnancy. Is it possible to get pregnant while taking the pill?

It's possible, but uncommon. Have you missed a few pills or anything like that?

Being on the pill or even using condoms there's still a small chance of getting pregnant. It's less likely but still possible. Sounds crazy but my brothers ex gf sister got pregnant on birth control, using condoms, and having had her tubes tied and burned. Only chance of not getting pregnant is abstinence.

It's 99.7% effective while taken perfectly. So yes there is a small chance. But unlikely.

I know you've commented that it's never at the same time; if it's a progestin only pill that's the only time it would matter if you took it at the same time every day. Within 3 or so hours your body is fine though.
