8 month old/which car seat???

My son is HATING his infant seat (goes up to 30lbs) lately. He needs something to accommodate his new found curiosity with looking around & is more upright. Any suggestions? I want something safe but affordable. Thanks guys...

I have the graco 4ever, but now they have the 4ever and extended to fit all in one convertible car seat. I'd get that one if I didn't have the 4ever. He's been in the 4ever since day one, I really like it!

Target and Babies R Us both have some brands (Graco and Chicco) of convertible seats on sale this week/month. We have two Chicco NextFits that we love. One is the Zip version - easier to remove cover for washing. We tried a Graco Extend2Fit but I didn't like it. My parents use it almost daily with my niece and nephew though and they like it. Easier on them to move between their vehicles, definitely much lighter than the Chicco.

Maybe clip some toys to his car seat n a mirror. To my knowledge there isn't a car seat safer for infants so young besides infant car seats
