I got the Kyleena IUD about a week ago (which is a hormonal IUD similar to the Skyla)  and I have been experiencing terrible cramps, nonstop spotting, and back pain. Typically, I take about 800mg of Ibuprofen for period cramps, however this seems to have little effect on the pain. In addition, I have been feeling extremely tired, which is only something I began experiencing after I got the IUD inserted. I was told that my uterus would be spazzing for a little bit and that I would be experiencing abnomities for up to 3 months. So my questions are:
