Okay so in the last few days I've noticed my nipples have been HUGE. Like at least twice the size they usually are. Also my areolas are much bigger. I don't think I'm pregnant, I took a test and it was negative. I've also been in and out of the gyno with fertility testing because they suspected a unicornuate uterus via an ultrasound and I got an HSG to confirm. No unicorn, but they weren't able to get the dye to spill all the way in my tubes, plus they had to use lots of extra just to unblock what they did. Currently not on birth control due to the test results+my sexual history (2 years no birth control, nothing ever happened).
