TSS ????

Question

I had my tampon in for way over the limited time of 8 hours. It was over 12 hours. I forgot about it before I fell asleep. 
I have such a painful head ache and feel a little ill. Should I go to a doctor or I'm I just over reacting??

I've never experienced that but I think you should follow your intuition and how your body feels. If you feel like something is wrong maybe you should get checked up.

Have you heard of a menstrual cup? There's no risk for TSS with those. I accidentally left it in for 15 hours!! I ran so fast when I woke up to take it out but I was perfectly fine. You can leave those in for 12 hours only cause it's hygienic to clean it.

I've had a mild case of TSS before, my face turned bright red. I didn't end up going to the doctor because it went away within a day. If you still feel bad tomorrow, go to the doctor.
