Going crazy!!!

I am 4dpo and feeling nothing no bloating no gassy feeling just the temperature is slight high. Since last 2 months I have been experiencing bloating gassy and a bit nauseous. but ma AF would show up on time.:-( My Dr said its bcoz of the increased levels of hormone. She prescribed me fine ova this month and I ovulated normally. I could tell bcoz I was super wet and fatigued on CD 12. My mom in law gave me babool wax as Ayurveda. Then y m I not showing any pregnancy symptoms???? Help me please!!!
