Temp dip at 4DPO?? What could this mean?? Please help!!

First month temping and I'm so confused! Temp dip at 4DPO, what could this mean??!

A temp dip can mean many things. It can be a secondary estrogen surge. It can be an implantation dip, or it can mean you don't have adequate progesterone levels. If this is your first chart, it's hard to say. Keep charting and see what your pattern is. If it's implantation dip, you'll know even sooner. And if not, a few cycles will show you. If you consistently fall below the cover line or have spotting after ovulation without being pregnant, get your progesterone levels checked, or check into what herbs could help with low progesterone. (If you prefer natural routes. I know many people have had success with the herb vitex)

Could be implantation or nothing. The month I was pregnant I had a dip 4dpo and last month I had one for no reason. 😒

Hey Alicia I get a temp dip every month somewhere between 4-7 dpo. A temp dip doesn't mean implantation but according to fertility friend app they state that women who have a temp dip after ovulation report more pregnancies. So very good thing

I have a dip every cycle at 4/5dpo, it could be implantation but for me personally it's just a second surge of progesterone after ovulation so it dips and rises. Fingers crossed it's implantation for you.! ❤️✨
