Tube blockage after surgery?

Hi ladies! Haven't updated in a while. Had 3 fibroids removed from inside my uterine wall this past September and have been TTC since November. Still no luck. Wondering if there could possibly be any tube blockage after surgery? I had an HSG before surgery and wondering if I should get another one. Thanks in advance!

after having my abdominal myomectomy like 8 months later I tried to conceive, got pregnant then miscarried at 6 wks. several months later I had an bag done and it was found  that I had hydrosalpinx in one tube. I got the surgery to remove it then conceived 1 month later. the hydrosalpinx may have been the cause of the miscarriage and what stopped me from conceiving after.

I just had my fibroids removed about 6 days ago. During surgery the doctor performed a hsg that showed both of my tubes were blocked. It's like one thing after another. Maybe see if you can get an hsg to see if there's an issue. Wish you the best of luck on ttc.
