Post IUD pain/looking for suggestions
Okay so I got my IUD placed two weeks ago. I've had fairly mild/run of the mill cramps here and here but nothing too bad.
Today I was down and out. I've never had cramps this severe before. I've been curling up on the couch with a heating pad for hours. And I had some spotting today. Has anyone else had post IUD insertion cramps like this?
I'm also wondering if it's uterine fibroids which I have been prone to for the past couple years. But again, I've never had this much pain with them.
I have a doctor's appointment Tuesday morning and am trying to hold off until then.
Do you guys have any tips for dealing with this pain? Any good natural remedies?
