Ovulation?

When do you know you're ovulating? I was told your vagina starts to release a mucus that looks like jelly but is clear. I don't think I ovulate, and my boyfriend & I have been trying for the past year to try and concieve and it just hasn't happened yet. Any tips?

I would definitely get ovulation strips so you can tell if and when you ovulate. They are pretty cheap on amazon. After I did that, I realized I wasn't ovulating, so I started taking vitex and the next month I was ovulating. It's an herbal supplement. Google/YouTube if you want to learn more. Good luck!

I tracked my periods, that way the app I used told me when I'm likely to be ovulating! I now have a 6 month old 😍

Yea I don't have a lot of ewcm. I don't test either. I'm not trying to have a baby right now so I don't really pay attention to it. I know it's bad

Personally I don't really make a lot of ewcm. I think what helped me was I was taking mucinex around ovulation time because I was sick.
Definitely use opks and tracking that way
