stomache aches

I have a few more days before my period starts I never had stomache aches that made my stomache feel queezy but idk if what I ate made it feel that way this the second day I'm feeling queezy.But I have cramps like one or two which I usually do .But I guess since I'm bout to be 20 that's y idk anyone have answers or advice.
