Pimple on clitoral hood

I've had this small pimple once before I actually had sex. I felt some sensitivity on my clitoral hood near the side and found a very tiny bump which I squeezed and it had a firm white substance come out. Today I feel the same sensitivity and felt the very small bump as squeezed it and again a small amount if white substance came out. What could this be i heard you could get pimples near the clit or does it sound like an std should I go to the gyno?
