maybe too much TMI

I went to pee earlier and it looked like a piece of tissue came out  after I was so confused . I read up on it and it says possible early miscarriage me and my boyfriend been trying to get pregnant for a couple of months I hope this isn't true 😢 someone been through this before if so what does this mean
