First Menstrual Cup

I did something brave today and tried my first menstrual cup! I watched a bunch of YouTube videos, gave the cup a quick boil, and popped it in. Everyone on the videos made it sound like it would be way harder than it was, so I'm not sure if I did it right. I can hardly feel it though! I'll check it in a few hours to see if there is anything on the outside.

Also I'm not sure if I picked the right size. I'm 30 but haven't had any kids yet (hopefully that changes soon). So I picked the bigger size. Any other cup users 30 or over without kids? What size do you use?
