How often do you change your pad?

My sister thanks I change my pad to often 😕😕😕 she claims it no way I should run out of pads before her and her cycle is longer. I change mines every 3-4 hours and when I go to the bathroom (even if the pad is was just put on within that hour) I also wake in the middle of the night to change it.

It mostly depends on the absorbency you're using as to how often you'll change it. Back when I had periods, I could wear an Always Infinity regular pad and it would last me the entire school day since it was so absorbent. It also depends on comfort. Some pads don't absorb well, and if you don't want to feel like you're sitting in your own wetness, you'll change more often. But mine always absorbed perfectly so I didn't even feel anything.

I would say it depends. If I have a heavy flow, then I change more often. But light days I usually change 3-4 times a day for freshness. Package usually has how long you should wear before changing.
